Your mind is a dynamic powerhouse—yet 95% of its activity operates beneath your awareness. Left on autopilot your subconscious can perpetuate cycles of self-doubt, negative self-talk, and self-sabotage.
Using my P.E.R.L.O.V.E. practices, a unique integration of ancient wisdom and modern science, we’ll embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration—UNDERSTANDING how your mind works, moving OUT of feeling stuck, and stepping IN to a state of internal harmony.
I’m Holly McNeill, the Mindfulness Architect.
My journey is about unraveling chaos, recognizing and releasing unhealthy habits, and creating a life of clarity. I invite you to join me on this path to transformation.
A "Quarter-Life Crisis" or a "Mid-Life Crisis"—these are very real challenges.
Without awareness, they can be hard to recognize, let alone overcome. Around the world, people in their late twenties, thirties, and beyond are discovering—often for the first time—that the habits and routines they’ve built aren’t serving them anymore. But here’s the good news: change is possible.
You don’t have to stay stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when your mind instinctively clings to what’s familiar and comfortable, rather than recognizing a better path forward. This tendency often leaves little room for clarity or peace.
My ‘Life By Design: 12-Week Blueprint to Creating on Purpose’ program is designed to help you break free from what holds you back. Over three months, you’ll participate in sessions focused on different aspects of my P.E.R.L.O.V.E. formula. By the end of the program, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how your mind works, giving you the keys to unlock your potential, overcome limitations, create the life you desire, and reconnect with your true nature.
My unique “P.E.R.L.O.V.E.” process is rooted in neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and Buddhism—blending ancient wisdom with modern thought.
Committing to mindfulness and improved mental health is committing to improvement in every single area of your life. Having a level of self-awareness which allows you to cut through the immense complexity of the day-to-day and find clarity in your thoughts and actions is an absolute game changer– and will open you up to countless opportunities you never thought possible.

Here are the pillars from which you’ll be learning with the P.E.R.L.O.V.E. Formula.
First, with P.E.R., we train the mind:
Then, in L.O.V.E., we open the heart:
1. P – Pledge
Commit to creating the habit of watching the mind by dedicating one minute, six times a day, to observe your thoughts and emotions. This practice fosters heightened awareness and sets the foundation for transformation.
2. E – Evaluate
Assess subconscious habits and identify patterns of unhelpful self-talk. Select specific targets for change to gain clarity on the thoughts that limit you.
3. R – Recognize
Learn to identify and question your thoughts and emotions as they arise. This practice creates space for empowering narratives, enabling you to shift from automatic reactions to conscious responses.
4. L – Locate
Discover the stillness and clarity that emerge when mental clutter subsides. This phase helps you locate the inner peace that resides within, unclouded by external influences.
5. O – Open
Transition from a focus on the mind to an openness of the heart. Cultivating this openness fosters deeper connections with yourself and others, enhancing your ability to experience and understand the natural flow of your true nature.
6. V – inVEST
Invest in the unconditional love, compassion, and wisdom that arise from an open heart. View obstacles as teachers that guide you toward greater freedom and understanding.
7. E – Expand
Move beyond your conditioned limits to achieve lasting happiness, peace, and purpose. This expansion enables you to serve others with compassion and fully embrace the richness of life.
About Holly
Holly McNeill, a seasoned architect with 26 years of experience managing global projects, including hospitals with budgets up to $1 billion, found a profound passion for clarity during a challenging period in her life. Despite her professional success, she couldn't prevent the perfect world she’d crafted to conceal her perceived flaws from crashing down.
To onlookers, she seemingly had it all—an attractive husband, two lovely children, a home they built to house their nice cars and host their great friends, right down to their fabulous pets—everything one needs to be happy according to society's rules and prescriptions. However, the foundations of her life were flawed, and at 34 years old, it all imploded.
From this low point, Holly vowed to do better and spent the next two decades fulfilling that vow. It was no easy task. She first left what was, under the surface, a mutually manipulative and controlling marriage, embarking on an eight-year battle for her children. Faced with alienation from her two boys, she had no choice but to endure the hardships of the battlefield despite her high anxiety and feelings of low self-worth.
Yet, in keeping this vow, Holly stumbled upon an incredible spiritual path that provided answers when she needed them and the right people, events, and situations along the way. This inward exploration involved confronting the beliefs, emotions, and destructive patterns that had hindered her life.
In the twenty years between 9-11 and the COVID pandemic, alongside her flourishing career, she undertook a soul-searching journey for clarity that spanned various corners of America. Immersing herself in the realms of neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality, she merged her architectural prowess with transpersonal exploration. In the greater New York City area, she practiced Buddhism for five years before once again, at age 49, packing up everything she had and leaving everyone she knew to move across the country and live in a Buddhist Dharma house in San Francisco.
Inspired by the ancient teachings and modern thought leaders she encountered, her quest evolved into the creation of the P.E.R.L.O.V.E. formula—a transformative set of mindfulness meditation practices designed to unravel unhealthy and crippling thoughts, emotions, and feelings, creating space for positive change. Now, as the Mindfulness Architect, Holly shares her transformative approach designed to fit into today’s hectic world, empowering individuals in the realm of holistic healing. She empowers individuals to live with clarity and awareness rather than getting entangled in their thoughts, habits, and patterns. Her approach, Pay Attention, helps people recognize life's influences without falling prey to the thousands of mostly negative thoughts we experience each day.
